Push-Ups: 2 sets of 20
Lunges: 2 sets of 30
Ab Trios: 2 sets of 25
Pop-squats: 2 sets of 25
Tricep Push-Ups: 2 sets of 20
Up-Downs: 2 sets of 10
Modified Plank: 2 sets of 1 min.
Toe-Touch Leg Lifts: 20 on each side and 20 w/ both legs
Cardio: 20 minutes 3 times per week
