The Strong Cheerleader Workout--To be Done AT LEAST 3 Times per Week

  • W-I-N Sit-ups 2 sets of 10
  • Push-Ups: 2 sets of 20
  • Lunges: 2 sets of 30
  • Ab Trios: 2 sets of 25
  • Pop-squats: 2 sets of 25
  • Tricep Push-Ups: 2 sets of 20
  • Up-Downs: 2 sets of 10
  • Modified Plank: 2 sets of 1 min.
  • Toe-Touch Leg Lifts: 20 on each side and 20 w/ both legs
  • Cardio: 20 minutes 3 times per week
